I just had my 2003 Ford E-450 ambulance / camper conversion front end aligned. I recently had a 4WD conversion installed. It was pulling to the right, and the steering seemed a bit "squishy". I made attempts at other Tire and Alignment shops. But was turned down! I went to Webber alignment and met Miguel. As manager, he proved to be professional and knowledgeable. While my situation wasn't that unusual it was unique enough that it was going to take a knowledgeable mechanic with the effort to get everything tweaked, just right. And this is where I met Matt. An 'Old school' experienced, knowledgeable mechanic with the personal desire to do the job right! Long story short. My camper now handles on City, country and Highway roads - like a sports car! I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly to anyone. PS. I was initially given a fair up front price. In the end, after multiple road tests and trips onto the alignment machine and extra effort. The bill remained the same!

I was told 3 worn out parts in the suspension on my 2015 Toyota Highlander when I had it checked out by Carmax where I bought it one year seven months ago. I had Weber check it out for a second opinion. They were honest with me telling me avery thing was ok. Saved me 3000 dollars. Weber has the best reputation in South Florida. If you want it done right the first time take it to Weber!!! Highly recommended. There prices were in line with others very fair.

Had to removed the CV axles on my vehicle because the other boot clamp ripped at both the axles. I called BMW and they wanted $5700… not. I wound up taking the axles out, rebuilding and rebooting, changing axle seals into the diff and reinstalling the OEM axles. I do not have a limit so all of this was being done with jacks, Jack stands and ramps. Unfortunately, when tightening the inner control arm bolt car needs to be sitting at ride height because mine was on ramps it pinched the wheels in and the camber was seriously off. There is not enough clearance to have the car at ride height and to be able to reach under and tighten all of the bolts needed So I took the vehicle to a local shop that does alignments and they started telling me the upper lateral swing arms were bent. I knew that wasn’t true, so I explained the situation to them and they looked at me with a blank stare. I searched alignment specialists online, and I came up with Webber. Made an 8 a.m. appointment and even though they told me my forward, lower control arms should probably be replaced, they still were able to align my vehicle back perfectly and all is good in the world with me. I had a very frustrating experience with Weber Wheel Alignment and would not recommend this shop. I brought my 2022 Ford F150 in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The first time I picked up my truck, the alignment was still very off and they had also damaged several of my lug nuts. I spoke with the manager about it and he asked me, “What would you like me to do?” I told him the least they could do was replace the lug nuts that were damaged. His first response was, “I don’t know if we can do that,” and he walked away. Later he came back and said they would replace them after all. That interaction alone was confusing because any reputable shop should immediately take responsibility for damage they caused. After they “fixed” the alignment, I drove less than 50 miles on the highway and the truck was already driving horribly again. My steering wheel was almost sideways while driving straight, and the truck even started making strange noises when turning. I brought it back the very next day and had them attempt another alignment, but once again it was still incorrect. At that point I asked for a refund. They agreed to refund the alignment but refused to refund the $70 tire rota

I took my car to get a front alignment. The car was still pulling to the right afterwards, the next day i look at the cap on my front right tire and they broke it and used silicone to keep it instead of telling me they broke it’s a $10 part instead I have silicone on my rim snd lug nuts and broke cap. As you can see below there are 3 clips broken off and there is black silicone on it. That’s pathetic and a horrible way to do business. Please go elsewhere, save your time and money.
